I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Cooperstown. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I enjoyed my view from my room of the rolling countryside in the area. I would have no qualms staying there again if I revisit the area.
The room was very affordable, but unfortunately the rooms were less than par. We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and did not have any problems. This time however, the floor did not seemed to be vacuumed and there was left over belongings from the guests prior left on the floor underneath the duster of the bed.
Convenient location to Cooperstown. Stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly and professional staff. Free breakfast was outstanding. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. So glad we chose to stay at Best Western!
Despite that the staff was very professional and friendly, I however would probably not stay here again.
Our stay was perfect. We visited the Hall of Fame and our location was so great in addition to the hotel being so welcoming, clean and comfortable. We got sick on our 1 month road trip and having the excellent Tops grocery across the parking lot was really a great saving grace for us. Due to the comfort and amenities, we stayed an extra night just to recuperate before venturing on with our trip to bag all 50 states - we we have now:)
Great location.. very close to museums yet in a beautiful country setting. Restaurants nearby make it easy for a quick or nice meal. Friendly staff.... great rooms.
