The only negative part was the cafe. Its a very thrown together set up and I would recommend having lunch somewhere in town if you're planning on being there in the middle of the day.

What a gorgeous day!! Arts and crafts, great music and dancing, food, and even dog agility demonstrations. The carousel was free the entire day. Thank you Farmers Museum for a great day with my granddaughter.

This is a great museum to go to, especially when its as nice a day out as we had. There are knowledgeable people all throughout the grounds who can convey a real sense of place when they're describing the way things used to be. There are tours and events all throughout the day to keep anyone interested. I would definitely recommend the 'Box & Cox' play if you have the time to see it.

I love the museum, it always has interesting exhibits, no matter how many times I visit, I learn something new. I thank them for the work they do to continue to share our past history. A very important part of who we are.

The farmers museum is a neat place to visit, especially if you like learning about history! There's a whole village to walk through, with historic buildings, and houses. They also have employees who are dressed in clothing that fits the time they're portraying, and doing various things that people did back in the 19th century. They're great about giving neat information about what life was like, and the things people did back then! It's almost like you've actually gone back in time! Gotta check this place out!

Very interesting and lots of fun. Lots to learn and see about farm, but also has historical buildings with items of 19th century technology. Great for children of all ages. They have special events throughout the year, so check out their website.
